Membership is an account in the protected member portal, a professional association and editorial knowledge hub for law enforcement Community Engagement practitioners. Not a social network. Your dashboard, profile, Ask the Network, and the searchable Practitioner Directory are open now. Founding members help set which resources, sessions, and development items are published first.

Founding Access
Membership for the individual practitioner.
Every member joins as an individual practitioner, whether an officer or a civilian Community Engagement professional. Complimentary founding membership and the portal account belong to the practitioner, subject to application and manual approval.
Apply by April 15, 2027, to join the CEO Practitioner Network as a complimentary Founding Member. Membership is subject to professional approval.

Membership provides practical resources, professional development, direct access to other Community Engagement practitioners, and structured opportunities to work through real challenges.
Membership includes:
- Ask operational questions and learn from other practitioners through Ask the Network
- Find and connect with members by geography, role, and experience in the Practitioner Directory
- Use guides, templates, field briefs, and implementation resources in the Practitioner Library as they are published
- Access practitioner-focused Professional Development items as they are released
- Participate in Bridge Sessions and member Events as they are scheduled
- Help shape the resources, sessions, and priorities developed for the founding cohort

Complete the practitioner application. Five short sections, about ten minutes.
Review
The Network team reads every application to confirm your role and agency fit.
Manual approval
Applications remain Pending Review until an administrator approves them. Apply by April 15, 2027, for complimentary Founding Membership, subject to professional approval, with no checkout or promotion code.
Account invitation
After manual approval, your account invitation arrives by email.
