About
A professional community built for the people who build trust.
The CEO Practitioner Network is the national network for law enforcement Community Engagement professionals.
It was created because the people responsible for connecting law enforcement agencies and communities are often expected to carry significant responsibility without a shared professional home, consistent support, or access to others doing the same work.
The Network gives those professionals a place to connect, learn, exchange resources, and strengthen the practice of Community Engagement.
What the Network is
What CEO Means
CEO stands for Community Engagement Officer.
The Network also serves professionals whose agencies use different titles for similar Community Engagement responsibilities.
Our Purpose
The CEO Practitioner Network exists to connect, develop, elevate, and support law enforcement Community Engagement professionals.
What We Believe
Community Engagement is not simply event planning, public visibility, or maintaining positive relationships.
It is professional work requiring strategy, judgment, communication, partnership development, facilitation, organizational awareness, follow-through, and the ability to demonstrate value.
Our Direction
The Network is being built as a national professional home where practitioners can strengthen their work, learn from the field, contribute resources, build professional relationships, and help advance Community Engagement within law enforcement.
Founder
Founded from the work itself.
The CEO Practitioner Network was founded by Carlai Moore, a law enforcement Community Engagement practitioner, trainer, speaker, and founder of Tables & Bridges.
The Network grew from firsthand experience with the responsibilities Community Engagement professionals carry, the isolation many practitioners experience, and the need for stronger professional infrastructure around the role.
The CEO Practitioner Network is powered by Tables & Bridges, the methodology, training, and professional-development engine supporting the work.
